Compensation and Benefits

• Salary for this position is $40k to $55k depending on qualifications and experience
• 401(k) with matching

• 24 days of flexible PTO per year

Requirements for this Job
To qualify for this position, you should have three or more years of professional HR experience. More importantly, you should be able to demonstrate a history of excellent communication skills, strong personal responsibility, personal integrity, and consistent delivery and follow-through.

Because this job requires tight integration with our team, you must be able to work in our office in Frederick, MD.
