In comes the phone guy, who is usually able to restore order – and is always able to charge a hefty hourly fee for doing it.
With VoIP, maintenance is much simpler. Nearly anybody with a standard knowledge of the Internet can go in and configure basic system settings or even add new users. That means fewer calls in for help – and, ultimately, fewer dollars spent on the phone guy.

VoIP phone systems can integrate with everything from your current smartphone to your email app of choice.
