- Salary for this position is $45k to $55k depending on qualifications and experience

You will gain exposure and great experience working with Swift customers in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, local government, medical, non-profit, and biotech.
Requirements for this Job
You will be dealing with our clients, so great customer skills are an absolute must! You must have excellent customer service skills, strong personal responsibility and integrity, with the ability to consistently deliver and follow-through under pressure.
You will need 2+ years of experience doing IT help desk support. You should have a strong working knowledge of fundamental operations of Windows software, virtualization technology, mobile devices, and other equipment (printers, scanners, etc). More importantly, you must demonstrate a history of excellent customer service, strong personal responsibility, ability to take ownership of technical issues, and consistent delivery and follow-through under pressure. Prior MSP experience is strongly preferred.
